第1条 適用
本規約は、「猫のおもちゃ探し隊」（以下「本アプリ」）の利用に関する条件を定めるものです。本アプリをご利用になることで、本規約に同意したものとみなします。
第2条 利用資格
本アプリは、Google アカウントまたは Apple ID によるサインインが必要です。アカウントの不正利用があった場合、運営者は予告なくアカウントを停止・削除できるものとします。
第3条 禁止事項
- 他のユーザーへの誹謗中傷・ハラスメント行為
- 虚偽の情報・スパムの投稿
- 著作権・肖像権等の第三者の権利を侵害する行為
- 本アプリの運営を妨害する行為
- その他、法令または公序良俗に反する行為
第4条 投稿コンテンツ
ユーザーが投稿した写真・動画・テキスト等のコンテンツは、運営者が本アプリの改善・プロモーション等の目的で使用できるものとします。投稿コンテンツの内容については、投稿者本人が一切の責任を負うものとします。
第5条 サービスの変更・停止・終了
運営者は、ユーザーへの事前通知なくサービスの内容を変更し、または配信を一時停止・終了することができます。サービスが終了した場合、本アプリ上に保存されたすべてのデータ（投稿・猫の情報・アカウント情報等）は安全に消去・廃棄され、復元できません。あらかじめご了承ください。
第6条 アフィリエイトリンクについて
本アプリには、Yahoo!ショッピング等の外部ECサービスへのアフィリエイトリンクが含まれる場合があります。アフィリエイトリンクを経由してご購入いただいた場合、運営者が報酬を受け取ることがあります。リンク先の商品・サービスの内容・品質・価格等については、各ECサービスが責任を負うものとし、運営者は一切の責任を負いません。
第7条 免責事項
運営者は、本アプリの利用により生じたいかなる損害（データの損失を含む）についても、一切の責任を負いません。本アプリは現状有姿で提供されるものとします。
第9条 規約の変更
運営者は、必要に応じて本規約を改定することができます。改定後の規約は本ページへの掲載をもって効力を生じるものとし、ユーザーへの個別通知は行いません。
第10条 準拠法・管轄
本規約は日本法に準拠し、本規約に起因する一切の紛争については、東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

Article 1 — Scope
These Terms of Service govern the use of the "Cat Toy Seekers" app (the "App"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
Article 2 — Eligibility
The App requires sign-in via Google Account or Apple ID. In the event of unauthorized use of an account, the operator reserves the right to suspend or delete the account without prior notice.
Article 3 — Prohibited Conduct
- Defamatory, abusive, or harassing behavior toward other users
- Posting false information or spam
- Infringing the rights of third parties, including copyrights and portrait rights
- Interfering with the operation of the App
- Any other conduct that violates applicable laws or public morals
Article 4 — User Content
Photos, videos, text, and other content posted by users may be used by the operator for purposes such as improving the App or promotional activities. Users are solely responsible for the content they post.
Article 5 — Modification, Suspension, and Termination
The operator may modify the App's features or suspend or terminate the service at any time without prior notice to users. Upon termination of the service, all data stored within the App — including posts, cat information, and account data — will be securely erased and disposed of, and cannot be recovered. Please be aware of this in advance.
Article 6 — Affiliate Links
The App may contain affiliate links to external e-commerce services such as Yahoo! Shopping. If you make a purchase through an affiliate link, the operator may receive a commission. The operator assumes no responsibility for the content, quality, or pricing of products or services offered by third-party e-commerce sites.
Article 7 — Disclaimer
The operator assumes no liability for any damages arising from use of the App, including data loss. The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
Article 8 — Changes to Terms
The operator may revise these Terms as necessary. Revised Terms take effect upon publication on this page. Users will not be individually notified of changes.
Article 9 — Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
